1. Fill out the form below and submit it. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours regarding the tour confirmation. A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required for your booking. The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival.

How to book a tour directly from Pon Elephant Thailand

2.2.1 Pon Elephant Thailand Category Page Select a tour category or from the home page to view available tours and activities.

2.2.2 Book a Tour

Subcategory Page Select the tour or activity you are interested in by filling out the booking form at the bottom of the page. Click "Book Now" below, fill in "Booking Information and Personal Information", then click "Submit" below.

2.2.3 Payment

Pon Elephant Thailand Check your booked tour. Please check your information (Booking Information and Personal Information) and then pay.

2.2.4 Final Confirmation and Payment

Pon Elephant Thailand page, check your booking, pick-up information and contact information again. Click "Bank Transfer" to receive an email with payment instructions or click the "Pay via PayPal" button for the currency you selected to go to the PayPal payment page.

2.2.5 Payment
Pon Elephant Thailand Payment page Pay directly with your credit card. Log in to your PayPal account or open a PayPal account. After successful payment, you will receive an email from PayPal and a confirmation email from ponchiangmaitour@gmail.com.

2.2.6 Receive Tour Voucher

Upon successful payment, PayPal will immediately send you a receipt by email and notify us by email. Once PayPal notifies you of successful payment, we will automatically send you an email confirmation and shortly after that, you will receive an email with a tour receipt with all the information you need. Print the tour receipt and bring it to the tour.

If you choose "Bank Transfer" payment method, you will receive a tour proof via email after successful payment.

2.2.7 Tour

Pon Elephant Thailand Tour & Excursion Package On the tour day, an air-conditioned SUV/minivan will arrive at your hotel or meeting point, and the driver or guide will look for you. If not, he/she will ask for you at the reception or contact you via our hotline number or WhatsApp. After the tour, you will be sent to your hotel.

If you have any questions upon pick-up or during the tour, please call our hotline number or WhatsApp, which is listed on the tour certificate.
